It turns out to be an old guy, and he’s not shooting at Bill, but some robbers nicknamedThunder and Lightning. The bandits kidnapped the sheriff, and the old gent is a newspaper man who fills in the details to get Bill and Jingles up to speed.
Can Bill put a stop to the tense situation, and shooting in town? Bill has to talk to the bandits in this hostage situation, but will he have to compromise by letting the outlaws go free to keep the sheriff alive? The bandits aren’t any fools, and know that a posse will be hot on their heels.
