After a sneak peak behind the scenes of the FBI, we catch up with Dick Tracey.
Dick and his friends are in the middle of an investigation, and are in the police station when reports of more crime activity come in. Elsewhere, the gangsters are in their hideout making plans to lay low, but they find themselves being blackmailed when another crook wants hush money for not turning them in to the cops. . Now how’s an honest crook supposed to make a living when other crooks blackmail him? I’ll bet a certain blackmailer is going to end up dead pretty soon.
