Dick picks up a girl on the streets who claims to have amnesia. The doctor who runs the sanitarium demands her back, but she doesn’t want to go. Though he has to return her, Dick smells a rat, and is determined to find out what strange things are afoot at the sanitarium. What will Dick uncover?
With names like Doctor Frantic, and Nurse Phobia, it can’t be any good. The girl turns out to be rich, and coming into a big inheritance. Does Dick have any legal grounds for taking her away? Can he prove the swindle that’s going on? Will he also fall prey to the doctor’s memory loss gas?
PS: Up until now, the show has run in serial form. Today’s episode is a complete story. Though the audio quality could be a little better, it’s still good, and the production quality is definitely a little better than those in the past. More musical score, although cheesy. Almost cartoon like, rather than the slightly grittier edge the earlier shows had. And those crazy character names, definitely a show for kids.
I do believe this may be misdated though, since the collection of episodes I have switch back to the serial format again in a few episodes down the road.
