Bud and Lou joke about taxes, the FHA, girls, and the determination the tax man has in collecting taxes. Frank Nelson contributes as the tax collector. Lou tells about a few mishaps with paying his taxes.
Lou is happy since he learned he won’t have to pay taxes as long as he doesn’t earn anymore money before March 15th, the tax deadline during the old time radio era. Bud’s wife whips out the tax puns, and tries to pay Lou for some work he did. Now Lou has to get rid of the extra cash, but suddenly Lou is a money magnet. He can’t give it away, even a robber won’t take the money off his hands.
