After a mysterious tin box was left in the new bank, it gets Lum and Abner curious. They try to imagine what secret it holds. The mystery man, John Devaroe said that someone else might come to claim his reciept and pick up the box. When will they come, and who will it be?
Abner is sure it has to do with hidden treasure. Lum is lured in by Abner’s imagination, but when Cedric enters he provides the interuption Lum needs to take his mind off the matter. When Abner is clumsy, and drops the box, Lum discovers hidden jewels among the typical papers inside.
