When gunshots ring out, little old aunt Margret’s life may be in danger. The adventure includes safe crackers, gangsters, and diamonds. Aunt Margrets case comes to Lois and Clark when they interview the aged woman for an article in the Daily Planet.
At the same time, young Alice is going to celebrate her 21st birthday with a costume party thrown by aunt Margret. Clark has his suspicions, but Lois gives him a hard time over it. Clark goes to the party disguised as Superman. Amazing. Through it all, a traitor is detected, and a trap is formulated to catch the culprit.
The plot takes a sudden twist when the suspect turns up dead. Is the murder related to jewel theft? Is there some other reason to want the chauffeur dead?
