A young sstranger in town has plenty of money to spend, and he has drawn the attention of certain of the townsmen. Besides the shady characters, another man notices as well. It’s the Lone Ranger disguised as a prospector. Young Jim Thorn stands to take the fall for a crime, and lose his two years of hard earned efforts in his gold mine. Racing out of town, the disguised Lone Ranger calls on Tonto to come and help.
The Masked man and Tonto are closing in on the elusive Powder Kid. Just who is he, and what part is he playing in today’s mystery? Time is running out fast for Jim Thorn as he is falsely accused for crimes he didn’t commit. Danger is in store for the Lone Ranger as he makes his move to trap the Powder Kid.
Stand by for gunfights, fist fights, and fast horses. With the truth revealed, Lone Ranger needs to race back to town to stop the unjust hanging of Jim.
