Lou gets confused over the terminology of the real estate business. Moving along to the contractor, Lou gets confused when he meets up with Bessie May Mucho, the movie star with the odd manner of pronouncing her vowels. At the contractors office, Lou arranges the details to build his new house. All Lou needs is a co-signer. With the delays in building a proper
house, Bud lets Lou toss up a shack in his back yard.
