Unknown to them, Superman is on a wild goose chase in the maze of tunnels under the island, and Boris has turned the dynamos back on. To make matters worse they are attacked by… giant clams? Do they really make those? Surely they can’t be all that dangerous to swimmers on the surface. Can they? Toss reality aside for a few moments, because without it there wouldn’t be a dramatic rescue for Superman to make!
With everyone back on the island, Clark thinks he may know the secret of Dead Man’s Island, and why Boris wants to keep people away.
