After teasing Willie about his plans for a Halloween party Phil sings, the Jabberwokky bird. Julius arrives to interupt Phil and Frankie as they do a quick number as a ukulele duet. Julius has a problem, he’s in love with a girl who doesn’t love him back. He wants to learn to play the ukulele to impress her. Frankie and Phil remember their first loves. Alice sings, I’ll Be Goody Goody to You.
At the big Halloween party, Phil and Frankie do their good turn and help Julius with his romance troubles. A mixup makes phil and Frankie think that Julius treats his girl like a dog.
