Some people are naturally shy, and retiring, but according to Connie Brooks, Mr Boynton overdoes it. Connie has decided to break it off with the slow moving boyfriend and stop thinking of him. The trouble is, she can’t stop thinking of him.
After a restless night of no sleep. It’s so bad that everybody and everything she sees, looks like Mr Boynton to her. The amateur psychologist, Mrs Davis, has some exersizes that she has tried to help with her forgetfulness. Will they help Connie forget?
In a further attempt to help, Mrs Davis thinks a party, and meeting new people will help Connie get better. For now it’s off to school, and Connie goes about her usual business. Boynton tries to make sense of why he’s getting the cold shoulder. He must be the only one who doesn’t understand since the rest of the cast has already spread the gossip of the upcoming party, and Connie trying to forget Mr Boynton.
After school, it’s time for the big party. All the guests arrive, and its like a dream, or nightmare, everybody looks and sounds like Mr Boynton. How will this nightmare of an evening end up? Did I drop enough hints yet? If you pay close attention you’ll notice a telltale sound affect in the show that indicates that Connie Brooks has been asleep the whole time.
