A German man and woman plot crimes of robbery and murder as coded messages come over their radio set. They operate a social club as a front to their covert activities, but now the time has come to close up shop before things get to hot for them.
When Dick Tracey’s girlfriend, Tess, disappears, it may be too late for them. Tracey is already aroused to the club, and certain crimes that he has tracked to it. He makes plans to attend one of their swanky parties for an inside look.
