Featuring Captain Friday. A tale of ancient mysticism.
Skip Turner joins the adventure as danger breathes down their necks. Tremendous fortune awaits in the mountain jungles of Chile. Dr English and his son, Robert are on an archaeological site, when Judith English screams. Dr English describes the killing of Robert, and the kidnapping of Judith. Is it a gang, or a pack of wolves? Judith returns, but has the purpose of the killers been accomplished? Who is the mysterious woman who has come calling for Robert? Who are the brothers of the living dead? Dr English wants to drop the whole matter, but Mrs Santos insists the mission go through, and go to Chile. Should they play it safe, and stay in civilization, or seek after the mystical treasure?
The language of violence has spoken, and Captain Friday has stepped up to protect Dr English. Footsteps are heard, but the ambush goes wrong, and Skip is captured by the attackers. Skip is returned, but injured badly. The women tend to him, and he seems to be coming around. Can the small group stay put without protection? Strange images are seen behind the curtain, and through the window pane. Is it a message that warns of some terrible event to come? Whatever the mystical world is about, Captain Friday is too far in to keep from his mission of protection. Has his destiny and that of Dr and Judith English already been written? What vague powers are at work in the mystical realm? Mrs Santos tries to explain about the wickedness. Dangers reappear when eyes are seen at the window.
