Announcer is Ken Carpenter. Produced in Hollywood, and broadcast through military transmitters all over the world. Hosted by Bob Hope. He comes out with jokes about his travelling USO show, and those who were in the cast.
He talks about places he’s been, namely the desert, and about Arabs.
The AEF band plays with vocals by Sgt Armondale, Alexanders Ragtime Band. Anna Lee is up next to chat with Bob. She talks about touring with Jack Benny on his own USO tour to Africa. Since Jack can’t make it tonight to help her out, Anna just dips into the mailbag to read special greetings to the troops.
Francis Langford enters with her own greetings, and chats with Bob. She then sings, My Heart Tells Me.
The Four Jills, Francis Langford, Mitzi Mayfair, Carol Landis, and Martha Raye all get together to sing. They then do a drama about being in the Army. They play guys who talk about those four hot Jills.
Martha Raye sings, Mr Poskonini. Finally, Bob has a few closing words in support of troops all over the globe.
