Black Museum – A Womans Pigskin Glove. ep50, 1952

Join Orson Wells as he introduces us to a simple woman’s glove, but it has a history of murder. Three women are found murdered while enkjoying tea together, and the police study the crime scene for clues. Relatives of the women’s families are begun. Paul Fredericks becomes a prime suspect, he is seperated from his wife, and an attractive other woman emerges as motive for the crime.

The investigation follows the events of the women’s day, and tries to verify the whereabouts of each of the playewrs. Forensic results build to add to the scene of the tea party that has gone awry.

Clues seem to dry up, and canvassing the area begins in order to scrape up as many fragments of evidence as possible. Will the mundane police work pay off? Puzzle pieces slowly begin to come together, a bicycle, a train ride, and eye witness statements at a lineup bring the police to their killer. In her mantic confession, learn how the glove came to be a factor in the murder.
