Crime runs rampant on the streets, and the cops feel as though the criminals are winning lately. A lead comes in that might turn the tables a little bit as Friday and Smith go to question a suspect in the burglaries. The suspect turns informant, but can his information be trusted?
The burglaries just won’t quit, and Joe joins forces with cross town detectives on the latest job. When the robberies keep up, the informant is brought in again and grilled. Something raises red flags for Joe, but he seems to get his crucial evidence without a search warrent. Apparently things were more lax back in 1956.
