A terrible feeling of foreboding strikes Nita. Does fate hold a danger for young Tom? Jacob is a surgeon who would love nothing more than to have his son Tom return to medical school. Why can’t he be like his nephew Harvey, stick to his studies, and be on the fast track for life as a doctor?
