The rays of an angry sun still strikes fear in the human race. Especially in the aftermath of a brutal World War 3. The soothing spray of a robe-shower makes things better. Having mastered sleep learning, and a genius intellect, world leaders have become most proficient. Mazie is the master robotic brain with precise calculations. Might it be possible to bring some of those telepathic, sensitive Mars critters to earth?
A sweaty, fat, beer drinking man, and quite the insulting, greasy pig, is rude to his secretary. What does he have to do with Mazie? Elsewhere, Morton and Farquar discuss the Mars trip, and other technology developments from a cure for cancer to perpetual motion machines. Do they have an answer for the power struggles going on in the world?
Are answers among the thinkers, or can Farquar throw a monkey wrench in their schemes? Is it in technology a mechanical brain, overcoming weaknesses of humanity, science, and achievement? Is change ripe for taking over, and reaching Mars a reality? The clever will rule the stupid, and the realists rule the dreamers. Or is the world of the modern convention all an illusion? The big liars are falling for their own lies.
