Journey Into Space – The Red Planet 16of20. 550119.

Previously a flying spherical shaped ship took off, and it was feared that Mitch was taken on board. Actually, Mitch had been lost in a Martian desert that he mistook for an Australian outback. He met a farm family who he believed would befriend him. Instead, Mitch soon finds himself being held captive. Is he going crazy? He is beginning to believe there never was a space mission.

Meanwhile, back in the exploration vehicle, Doc, Jet and Lenny are in pursuit of that flying object. On the way, they discover that farmhouse. Imagine the surprise of the explorers to find not only animal life exists on Mars, but even what appears to be human life forms. What about that freaky dog with six legs?

Back in the farm house, the wife is worried about the man they found, when suddenly there’s more men at the door. Who’s more afraid of who? The explorers or the farm family? Why doesn’t the farmer open up to their knocking?

Jet, Lenny, and Doc realize that Mitch is inside, and set to break him out. The Martian family is gone and Mitch is nearly delirious, and doesn’t trust his former companions. Jet tries to talk sense to him in an attempt to regain Mitch’s memory.

Suddenly, there’s a new space ship outside. Is it more Martians? Inside, there’s a struggle, and things get tense when Mitch and jet scuffle. The pressure is on when the aliens outside draw nearer.

The episode ends in a cliff hanging moment, but stay tuned for more of the suspenseful adventure in upcoming episodes.
