Don tells why Jack and Rochester are late. We join the two where they are stranded in Albuquerque. To pass time, they find a radio to tune in the show. How are things going in getting Schlepperman set up on his new farm? Getting ready to call it a day and go home, Rochester phones in with a few domestic problems that cropped up while Jack was away.
Note: Jack claims to have gotten the gang presents, but when he hears what is said about him, he moans that he can’t take them back, and he can’t wear Mary’s. At least Rochester suggests he could at least fold it over to use as a silk handkerchief. Hmm… Wonder what it could have been?
