An old and irascible man has a history of going into katotonic states. His lifelong nightmare is that he will be buried alive while in such a state. In his old age, he could very well die, but he makes arrangements with his doctor and overseer of his estate to take precautions in the event of his death. He is not to be embalmed, a doorbell type system is to be run, and the button placed in his dead hand, in his above ground mausoleum.
Alex doesn’t trust his nephew, and leaves all his possessions and wealth to his niece instead. At the time of his death, both are to spend the first 7 days in earshot of the bell, just in case the old man didn’t die.
The event happens, Alex is buried, and during the 7 days some deadly plot twists enter the picture. The bell never goes off, however bodies pile up by murder, and by accident. Will justice turn the tables on our players? Will anyone win in the end?
