Victor Gook has just settled down with some work he brought home from the office when his wife Sade enters. She is preparing for a trip to Dwight, and has a list of things for Vic and her son, Rush, to take care of in her absense.

Vic tries to assure her that he’ll be fine on his own for the short trip. Rush talks to his mom about the things she has planned on her trip. Sade shares her plan to get an early start, but is it too early? Rush and Vic think so, but they have a hard time convinceing Sade. It’s just going to be a day trip, but Sade leaves instructions as though she might never be back.

Sade hasn’t counted on how fast those highh tech, brand new motorcars can go, and doesn’t realize that her round trip of less than 80 miles could actually be over and done within 3 or 4 hours.
