A package arrives for Leroy that has the family guessing what it could be. He is trying to sell flower seeds to raise money. Putting his salesmanship skills to work is proving to be more tough than expected. Can he learn a thing or two from the marketing skills that his uncle applied in his girdle factory? Rising to meet a challenge from Judge Hooker, Leroy and Gildersleeves try to locate a property to plant a victory garden. Out on a farm Leroy gets busy in laying out his garden. Fun with farm animals, and working with a lack of tools ensues.
