International criminal, the Yellow Mask, has escaped from prison, and a bomb threat in the Daily Planet puts Clark Kent and Perry White in danger. Superman has little trouble in sniffing out the bomb, and disposing of it. However, a leaking gas main serves to complicate the matter, and keep the man of steel busy.
Elsewhere, the Yellow Mask watches the turmoil from a distance, and we learn about more of his evil plans. The mastermind meets with Nazi spies, and the real plans to wreak havoc on the Secret Service.
A secret invention has been learned about, a mechanical man, and the Nazi’s want it for their own weapon of terror. With the push of a button, the turn of a switch, battles might be fought and won without shedding the blood of their own armies.
