Gunsmoke – Target. 580622

A note from young Danny gets the attention of Matt Dillon. The boy has hard feelings between himself, and his dad. What kind of trouble is going on at the ranch? Trespassers at the farm are gypsies, and part of Danny’s reluctance to cooperate with his dad is a gypsy named Naomi.

At the farm, Matt checks on the situation, and lets Danny’s dad know about the plans his son has to not come home. Some feelings come out on how Mr Leeks feels about those gypsies, and his son’s lack of smarts in making independant decisions. In town, Kitty talks about the over disciplinary Mr Leeks, wen a report of an accident comes in.

Danny had plans to run away with Naomi, but the gypsies have their own close minded ideas. They jumped the boy, and took Naomi back. Has all his failures, and feelings of cowdardice made something snap in Danny?

Matt has to ride fast if he hopes to stop the gunplay that’s sure to go down. Will Dan be able to reclaim his gal? Will Mr Leeks shoew those gypsies who’s the boss? Tragedy is all that results when the dust settles, and the guns stop roaring.
