Mayor Latrivia seems to know Miss Cartright, brings news of Sweetie Face to a worried Wallace, then gets the McGee’s confused over a fire hose. You know, the things firemen wear on their feet. The truth comes out about the reason for the interview, and the listener probably had it out long before Fibber did. She’s a tax assesser.
