Dark Fantasy – Superstition Be Hanged. ep17, 420313

The action and excitement of a circus is brought to a tragic end, when the trapese artist meets with an accident. Is there a conspiracy of other circus workers that helped the accident along? Ruby was Samson’s partner on the trapese, and a white feather is the evidence that the cops have discovered that might link her to the death. The pressure is on, and we learn that Ruby is married to Circus Manager, Barker. Can the cops find cracks in the story, and implicate Ruby in the matter?

The side show fortune teller warns of a fate that is to be shared among Samson, Ruby, and Barker, death by hanging, and an omen of a white swan fether. Is it just superstition? Does the white feather offer protection from an impending curse? Barker isn’t falling for such superstitious nonsense, and does his own thing to get away from the pressures of the murder investigation.

Can Barker and Ruby flee from their fate? Can they go on the lam, and get free from the long arm of the law? Will their luck hold out, and be enough to break the curse of the circus fortune teller? The law may fall short, but supernatural forces have a way of seeing that justice is done.
