Family Doctor – Error In Diagnosis. ep3, 1932

Griff Miller catches up with Doc Adams to tell of his worries at his boat house. The 70 year old Griff has been overworking himself, despite having a couple of young helpers. He’s also worried about making the mortgage payments on his place.

It doesn’t appear that Doc can help Griff with his loan troubles, then the mortgage holder, lawyer Ralf Bates is diagnosed with Chicken pox. The grumpy skinflint soon finds himself quarentined. The tactic buys some time as doc keeps changing the diagnosed disease.

Ralph is no dummy, and sees through the delays. Will he still want to foreclose on the mortgage? Has doc figured a way to keep Griff in business?
