Elsie the beauty parlor lady stops in, but she isn’t planning to go to the game, though her husband is on the team. Like Molly, she doesn’t know alot about football. As Fibber uses the kitchen table condiments to work out tweaking his play, Molly gets confused, and Doc Gamble pops in. Doc tells about his own days at kicking the pig skin around the field. Phone calls provide the exit for Doc, and Fibber gets the chance to coach the coach on his miracle play. Mayor Latrivia pops in to hear about the big play. Will he be surprised by the intricate coreography of the action? Latrivia gets the McGees confused about the issuing of his college letter in football, and the McGees manage to work a flustered slow burn out of the good mayor. Climbing to ear popping heights of the cheap seats in the stadium, the McGee’s discover Wallace Wimple. The man hates football, but he’s here to hide from his wife, Sweetie Face. McGee tells how his uncle Sycamore raised pigs, and Wimple tells how he wants a chiuaua. In the radio press box, we get some play by play action, but will the coach use Fibber’s play? Will football history be made?
