Frankenstein 1of13, 1931.

A ship sails on a rainy, and icy night through the Northern oceans. The captain vows that all his crew and passengers will return to England safely, when a man is spotted, and rescued from the chilly seas. Can he be believed when he rambles on about a beast that he was in pursuit of? Will his far fetched stories be taken seriously?

The captain is willing to hear the mad man rave about a murderous monster. Baron Victor Frankenstein seems to have recovered from his chill enough to tell how the tragedy began. He recounts some of the results of his experiments with electricity, not to destroy, but to create a beautiful, living man.

What went wrong? For that matter, what’s that roaring and moaning noise coming from the ship? Has the monster followed the doctor?
