Fibber and Molly enjoy having a look at family photo albums. He talks about being picked on by the class bully. When he learns his old bully, Bull Moran has come to town, Fibber gets jumpy every time the doorbell rings. Elsie from the beauty parlor talks business, and shares a secret about FiFi Tremaine. Hearing that Bull is in town, and looking for Fibber, he takes a look in the hall closet for some travelling clothes. Billy Mills plays, Buttermilk Skies.
Walking downtown, Fibber encounters Clancey, the Scottish shop owner, and talk about a lost dog. Molly acts as look out for Fibber, but it doesn’t help his nerves much. After a close call with the bully, Fibber comes across Doc Gamble for a round of insults. The Kingsmen sing, My Darling Clementine.
Racing home, Molly finds a note pinned to the door. Moran knows where McGee lives, and a showdown seems imminent. For now, it’s Mayor Latrivia who comes calling at the door, and is unwilling to talk about his lady troubles with FiFi Tremaine. Will she go to the big game with him, or with Doc Gamble? The big moment comes, and Richard “Bull” Moran has turned out to be less than Fibber’s expecpations.
