Another day in the Flywheel, Shyster, and Flywheel law firm. Flywheel tries to renegotiate Revelli’s salary. During a business lunch, they meet an honest judge who needs help with his re-election to the bench. A rival judge to the honest one met earlier, wants to hire Flywheel to dig up dirt, even to campaign against the honest judge. The Marx Brothers may not have a chance to win, but they sure make the campaigning a lot more fun.
Groucho sings his campaign song. Though normally a character like flywheel would have no chance at winning, he has good writers, and takes the race with flying colors.
The show breaks down in a courtroom scene with the jilted judge suing for his job, Groucho as judge, Chico as the lawyer for the firm, and jokes running rampant. There’s a little secret that gets revealed that ends Groucho’s career as judge, and things return to normal. Well, as normal as possible for Flywheel and Revelli.
