Hermit’s Cave – The Mystery of the Strange Thing. ep7, 1930’s

We learn about a woman named Dawn, who is a victim of amnesia, and whose identity was never found out. The beautiful woman fell in love with the doctor who treated her, but has now disappeared as suddenly as she came onto the scene. Through voiceover reading of letters, and flashback scenes, Dawn shares the strange feelings that have plagued her. Is her past coming back to her? Is the ghostly apparition just a dream, or is there something more substantial to it?

Besides her memory lapse, Dawn has uneasy nerves, and she relates her concerns to her doctor husband. John tries to understand, and offer support to Dawn as she tells of the decline of her mental state, and the increasing power of the ghostly thing that haunts her dreams.

John is certain that there’s nothing that modern medical science can’t cure, but as Dawn continues her story it seems that supernatural forces are at work. Will she fall prey to the eerie thing, and go to that darkk place that she is being called to? A visit to a grave site holds the answer, and John reads the rest of his wife’s letter. What creepy end awaits? What is the ghostly thing, and why was it haunting Dawn? Listen in for a spine tingling end as the story is told, and loose ends tied up.
