After winning the tournament that Ming the Merciless forced Flash to take part in, Flash goes to take possession of his prize. The Kingdom of the Caves. His first run in takes place as soon as his rocket ship lands. Nobody has ever explored the caves. Since there’s already a King of the Cave world, what will he have to say about this? Will the cave people be intimidated by the fancy ray guns that Flash uses?
The army of Lionmen and Hawkmen begin their quest, and are soon attacked by the Lizardmen. Flash is knocked out, and taken captive. Dale and the remaining friends go to rescue Flash. Meantime a wizard looks into his magic glass to warn the Queen of the land of Flash approaching. Flash confronts Azora, Queen of the Blue Mountain Men, and is gassed. She takes his unconscious form to her castle. The gas isn’t deadly, and the wizard brings Flash around, but is told that Dale and the rest are all dead. Is it true? Can she bring them back, just as Flash was brought back?
She drugs Flash with a cup that makes him forget, and now he thinks he is her lover. Even when he sees the bodies of his friends, he doesn’t recognize them. The Hawkman is awakened, and when he talks with Flash, his memory is still gone. Dale is awakened, and the wizard tells her that Flash now loves another. To prove it, he shows her Flash at the Queens feet, and Dale joins Kahn, the Hawkman in the kitchen where they work. .
Though they can’t break free, they plan on a little poisoning of their own. What will happen to Dale as she and Flash are in the clutches of Queen Azura? Stay tuned for the next exciting adventure.
