The audio quality is fairly mushy. I give it a solid fair on the listening pleasure meter. It may help to listen to this one with headphones, or when you have some quiet moments to yourself.
Bud and Lou swap jokes about marriage, and women. Lou is put on the spot about his latest girlfriend, and his breakup as he talks about his last date. Lou rebounds pretty quickly, and is already getting ready to go out with yet another new girlfriend. Doesn’t he think of anything else but girls? Well, of course not.
To get ready, Lou goes to a barbershop for a manicure. The barber turns out to be Mr Kitzel. The jokes turn towards hair and shaving. After a quick station break and time check, the show continues.
Sebastian is wearing the suit that Lou is to wear on his hot date, and won’t give it up. Lou needs his dress suit so he can go out dancing. Bud is doubtful of his abilities, but Lou goes to prove it. They visit a dancing studio, and Bud tries to get Lou to take a lesson. Verna Felton is the dance instructor, and shows Lou a few choice dance moves.
In the end his date falls through, but Bud tries to encourage him.
PS: The show runs a bit short due to having the commercials and music snipped out by a previous collector.
