Lone Ranger – A Christmas Tree

Acting as narrator, Lone Ranger tells his 14 year old nephew, Dan Reed, the story of events in Silverton. Money has been stolen from the safe, and Upton has reason to suspect young Dawson. Elsewhere, we look in on the Dawson home to find the disabled wife, the small boy of 8 years old, and the hardship they face when Dawson is on the run. Will the spirit of Christmas be quenched in the home?

The Lone Ranger has entered the story at the point of apprehending Dawson for his crimes. Hearing Dawson’s story, and believing him, the masked man thinks he has a plan to solve the troubles of the honest family. How can he prove that Dawson didn’t steal the money? If he didn’t do it, then who did, and why? Miller, the other agent in the office isn’t who he has claimed to be, and his secret is exposed. Will the hard feelings be healed in time for Christmas? How will the crime of the stolen money be resolved? It’s going to be a truly Merry Christmas afterall, thanks to the Lone Ranger.
