Abner tells grandpap about Lum resuming his promotion of Mousey, despite the succes of the Lucky Loaf bread sales. Lum is the only one who knows the bread recipe, but Abner is worried that they can’t keep up on orders with Lum preoccupied with getting Mousey into shape.
How is the training coming along? To encourage Mousey to dedicate himself to boxing, Lum says that he’ll sign the entire ownership of the store to Abner, and writes a letter to make it legal. The letter was only a joke… right? Or will Abner take it serious?
