It’s another installment of the Spotlight Revue. With announcer Mike Wallace, Spike Jones and the City Slickers, and Dorothy Shey the Park Avenue Hillbilly.

  1. Spike starts out with, Running Wild.
  2. Dorothy Shea talks about a letter from her cousin Zeke. He works at Look Out Mountain, and listens to radio quiz shows.
  3. Dorothy sings, Will Yu Treat Me in a Style that I’m Accustomed.
  4. Doctor Horatio Q Birdbath puts his voice tallents to use, with a little help from Georgie Rock, as the City Slickers perform, Old MacDonalds Farm.
  5. Spike makes the introductions for the parts, and the City Slickers Follow up by performing Dave Rose’s famous, Holiday for Strings. Wow, I didn’t know there was cow bells in that tune.
  6. Mike Wallace delivers the commercial, then it’s back to the fun with Jack Smith. He tells Spike and Dorthy about his latest hit. With the Clark Sisters, he sings Civilization.
  7. Dorothy sings, White Christmas.
  8. Doodles Weaver, as Professor Feetlebaum sings, When We Were Young. Is he in fine enough voice for you?
  9. Time for a medley that includes: Dorothy with, Turalurah. Jack sings, Maggie O’neil. Spike wraps up with, Macnamaras Band.
