Audio is a bit scratchy. To get a boost in starting the store, Lum and Abner have made Cedric a partner. Squire enters with a dresmaking dummy he has for sale. It reminds Abner of a man named Mr Dillbeck. Needless to say, there’s some sweet talking, and wheeling and dealing, and Abner ends up with Mr Dillbeck. Lum enters, and isn’t thrilled with Abner’s new dummy, but when Abner leaves Lum talks business with Cedric, and the store is off to a shaky start.
