Always on the trail for good television news stories, Chuck Morgan and his secretary see a friend off at the small airport, not knowing that the next story would come from the plane as it crashed. Chuck has a theory that he takes to his station manager about a work camp, and what has turned out to be a series of plane crashes.
When workmen at the oil well are confronted, chuck gets rough with one over a briefcase that he suspects belonged to his dead friend. What’s the connection? Why is that briefcase so important?
Stand by for the drmatic conclusion, full of danger, kidnapping, and drama as Chuck outsmarts the bad guys. Listen to Chuck fight. Listen to Chuck rescue the fair damsel in distress. Listen in as Chuck unravels the mystery of a new invention that has been at the heart of the strange events.
The goofy scientist only cares about his invention, and hasn’t considered any consequences, or harm that it may be used for. However, certain bad guys have, and have taken advantage of the man.
Note: Don’t you just love how egotistical Chuck is? Though rightly upset over the loss of his friend at the start of the show, He takes too much authority onto himself, like when he forces the aledged workman to hand over the briefcase. He is always down playing his secretary girlfriend, although the character, and the acting in her part show her to be a strong character in her own right. She is a little under used in the scripts when she always seems to be getting herself kidnapped, only so Chuckie Baby can swoop in, with all his macho ego to duke it out for her.
Still, the shows are very well produced, very well acted, but the weak spot for me is the script writing. The characters and situations are a little too cartoon like, one dimensional, and unrealistic. But that’s just me. Drop me a comment and tell me what you think.
