The meanest man in Arizona was Kurt Willis. He never drew first, and he never missed.

Cisco breaks up a fight, and rescues a young cowhand. He also proves that he’s no slouch in action. Later, the cowhand falls victim to the meanest man in Arizona, and Cisco gets blamed.

While in jail, someone tries to burn it down with Cisco and Pancho inside. Can there be any escape? What can be done, die in the flames, or escape and face the enraged mob that set the fire?

Cisco is always optimistic, and always seems to have a plan. They make their break, and set out to clear their name, by finding the missing killer, rustler, and the cattle he stole. They cross paths, and Cisco is saved from the bandit when the sheriff rides in with the posse.

Before he can haul Cisco away though, a fight, and the truth breaks out.
