Jack is a regular guy, and like everybody else, he has to visit the dentist. While in the dentist office, Jack makes sure to plug his TV show, and his upcoming appearances in Texas.
Jack walks home, singing to himself. He talks about the sights along the way in Beverly Hills. He sees Dennis, who talks to Jack about his latest happenings. Dennis sings, Amor Amor.
At home, Rochester tells Jack about a salesman who visited. Bob Crosby visits, and talks about his band members. Don comes over, and the gang watch the Sportsmen on Jack’s new TV, as they sing, Give Me Money.
Talk turns to Jack going to Las Vegas, which begins a flashback sequence. The hotel clerk, Mel Blanc, talks to Jack about slot machines. Jack haggles over the price of his room. He just can’t resist that slot machine though.
